Do you charge for an estimate?

No. We never charge for an estimate because we charge a flat fee to fix hardware and software issues, and will give you an estimated cost of replacement parts.

Should I fix my computer or purchase a new one?

Like many decisions, the answer is "It depends." When we diagnose your computer we will give you our honest expert advice. If the price is going to be more than your computer is worth we will recommend purchasing a new one. We will also assist you in transferring your data to your new PC.

Can you recover my data from a hard drive crash?

In most cases, data from hard drive crashes can be recovered. In cases where the drive has suffered irreparable damage (fire, etc.) drives can be sent off to a data restoration center.

Most repairs can be made in the course of 24 hours. If a repair will take longer we will notify you.
